International Shipping

California Resellers

  • In order to make your account tax exempt we need you to download a California Reseller Certificate:

    • Once we have this form on file you will be tax exempt.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • 30 days warranty from the date of purchase for defective items, Exchange Same item only, No Refunds. In case of a refund (must be approved by manager), 15% of restocking fee will be applied.
  • Down load this Return Merchandise (RMA) form and must provide correct detail on the return items. Such as: LCD has dark back light; White screen after installing the LCD; Bottom section of the digitizer not working, wrong items, wrong quantity etc. If the return form is missing detail of the problem, invoice # and invoice date, return will be ignored.
  • If you provide wrong information on the return form, such as if the LCD has cracked light and you wrote as white screen LCD, we will not processed your return.
  • Send a copy of original invoice with your return.
  • Return items must be in new condition as received. Customer must test the items before install. We keep the right to refused items already installed.
  • All returns take 1 to 2 weeks to process.
  • We will trash all items out of warranty:  broken, cracked..., out of warranty time....
  • Wrong items shipped / DOA items must be reported within 1-2 days after order is received. Make sure check received items carefully after shipment is delivered.
  • Wrong items ordered by customers, there is a 15% restocking fee when you return them.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Buyer pays return shipping for any reasons.
  • We do not supply Installation instructions, and are not responsible for damage to equipment, devices or parts.
